It is a limited time offer and is available for 5 days only starting from 4 Nov 2009. It can be purchased for 30 Farm Cash only and it gives 700 XPs for buying it. The decoration can be sold for 3500 coins afterwards. The size of the decoration is still not very clear. I will update as soon as I get any update.
